The Henry Armstrong Foundation, Inc., proudly held it's 2nd Annual Mobile Kitchen Adopt-A-Day with The Midnight Mission, on December 12, 2008 to honor and celebrate World Triple Champion Boxer Henry Armstrong's 96th Birthday.

The Mobile Kitchen Adopt-A-Day program serves over 500 individuals each day, who are either not able to come to the mission (elderly or handicapped) or perhaps they are afraid to brave Skid Row. We would like to give special thanks to  Edith Hernandez, Mai Lee, Fran Payne, Carolyn Jackson and Flor Dubowski for all of their help and support. It was greatly appreciated.

The Foundation fed starving children around the world through Feed the Children.
